From the beginning, Aria had a good idea of what we were looking for in a home as he was never short in making recommendations. He consistently showed up early at scheduled viewings, and always had a bottle of water ready to quench our thirsts.

On one occasion, we had thirty minutes in between open houses, and instead of just having us sit in the car with impatient kids, he treated our family to some yummy boba drinks.

When it came to scheduling viewings, Aria was as flexible as could be, and did his very best to accommodate our schedule whether day or evening, weekday or weekend. He made it his personal goal to see to it that we were in a home that suited our needs.

As much as he is personable, thorough, and punctual, the best thing about Aria is his attention to detail. He didn't miss a thing when it came to dealing with, counteroffers, inspectors, the seller's agent, loan officers, and the escrow company. His level of organization is second to none.

As calm and collected as he is, Aria was aggressive when it came to getting us what we wanted, like getting the sellers to pay for termite inspection, make the requested repairs, and navigate through all steps of the escrow process in a timely matter. Aria's guidance throughout this home buying process mitigated the amount of stress that could have potentially emerged. He always provided us with his honest opinion, and always had our best interests at heart. In fact, he even offered to pay for the inspection and reinspection of the home. Talk about selfless.

Aria went above and beyond in finding a home for us. We look forward to inviting him to our housewarming party in the near future.
